Russell Fleischer, Chief Executive Officer
As CEO of HighJump Software and member of the company's board, Russell Fleischer guides overall corporate strategy and ensures the company serves its customers efficiently and effectively. Mr. Fleischer leads the management team as the company continues to aggressively expand its product portfolio and worldwide business both organically and through acquisition. Mr. Fleischer is an experienced software executive with more than 20 years of technical, operational and financial experience, as well as extensive M&A and business integration expertise. He was most recently CEO of Healthvision Software, a healthcare software company acquired by Lawson Software in January 2010. Under Fleischer’s leadership, Healthvision grew from $25M in revenues to a global business serving 3,000 customers, employing more than 300 people, and generating approximately $70M in revenues. Prior to Healthvision, he served as CEO of TriSyn Group, an enterprise-class applications software company focused on the top 100 banks in the US. Mr. Fleischer has also held numerous senior management positions at both public and private technology companies including: InConcert, CheckFree, Dun & Bradstreet Software and Sales Technologies. In addition to his executive leadership roles, he has sourced, conducted due diligence and closed numerous transactions in conjunction with several private equity buyout teams ranging in size from $25M to $1B. He has evaluated hundreds of transactions, closed more than 25, and has successfully syndicated more than $2B in aggregate debt offerings. Mr. Fleischer earned a BA in Economics from Johns Hopkins University and an MBA from Vanderbilt. He is a Board member with Adams Golf, and also serves on the Vanderbilt School of Business Alumni Board of Directors.
LeeAnn Belski, Vice President of Human Resources
As Vice President of Human Resources, LeeAnn Belski is responsible for global employee recruitment and retention, managing all benefit programs, ensuring we maintain our unique culture, and building an environment that helps every employee reach their full potential. Ms. Belski joined the company in 2007 after spending six years with Stellent, Inc, where she held a variety of HR management roles. Prior to Stellent, Ms. Belski held several technical recruiting positions with CSC (Computer Sciences Corporation), Stratagem, Inc. and Flatley Technical. Ms. Belski holds a BA in Psychology from St. Olaf College and has also earned her SPHR designation. She is an active member of HR Connection and the Twin Cities Human Resource Association.
Larry Haynes, Vice President of Worldwide Professional Services
As Vice President of Worldwide Professional Services, Larry Haynes is responsible for ensuring customers maximize value from their HighJump solutions through quality implementations and best-practice-based consulting. Mr. Haynes and his team provide service to customers for both the supply chain execution and direct store delivery (DSD) product lines. Mr. Haynes joined the company in 2004 and has more than 16 years of technology business consulting and supply chain experience across many industries. Prior to HighJump, he was in the supply chain practice of Andersen Consulting (Accenture) where he managed large-scale software implementations for several S&P 500 companies. Mr. Haynes holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from Purdue University.
Nick Manolis, Vice President and General Manager, TrueCommerce EDI Solutions Group
As Vice President and General Manager of the HighJump TrueCommerce EDI Solutions Group, Nick Manolis leads the efforts which focus on the end-to-end suite of trading partner connectivity solutions, including EDI translation, data mapping software, the transaction network and on-boarding services. Prior to joining HighJump, Nick served as CEO of True Commerce, Inc. Additionally, Nick was CFO of Outsell, Inc., a research and advisory firm, COO for Janus Technologies, a software company specializing in IT asset management solutions, and Managing Director of North American Operations for Internet Securities, a global information company. Nick began his career as an auditor with Deloitte & Touche, where he specialized in working with large public companies and middle market high-growth companies. Nick has a B.S. B. A. in Accounting from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Gary Nemmers, Vice President of Sales
As Vice President of Sales, Gary Nemmers is responsible for worldwide sales of HighJump Software solutions. Mr. Nemmers joined HighJump after managing the Americas direct sales organization for Infor Global Solutions. He joined Infor in 2006 with extensive experience on both the customer and vendor side of the supply chain software industry, including leading direct sales teams for SAP and Oracle Corporation. These roles included developing new sales channels for product sourcing as well as building several new sales “avenues to market” across the U.S., Canada and Europe. Mr. Nemmers also served as CEO and managing partner for DataTrend Information Systems, where he helped grow the company from a start-up to $54M in annual revenue in just four years. After DataTrend, he became the VP of Sales for an Oracle services and VAR company. Mr. Nemmers holds a B.A. degree in Behavioral Psychology from Northwestern University in Chicago, Illinois.
Matt Ouska, Chief Financial Officer
As CFO, Matt Ouska oversees HighJump Software's financial strategy, planning, and financial operations. Mr. Ouska joined HighJump Software in 2004. During his tenure as Vice President of Finance and as Controller, he led the successful financial integration of the acquisitions of Pinnacle Distribution Concepts and Global Beverage Group resulting in significant process synergies and cost savings for HighJump. Prior to joining HighJump Software, Mr. Ouska spent three years with Retek and two years at KPMG working with clients in the software and high tech industry. Mr. Ouska holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
Dan Radunz, Vice President of Product Development
Dan Radunz oversees HighJump Software's worldwide product development group and technology operations supporting HighJump's entire source to consumption software portfolio. He joined the company most recently in 2009 but worked as a member of HighJump’s product development group for more than 13 years, from 1995 to 2008, and has more than 20 years of experience using technology to deliver innovative software solutions. Just prior to rejoining HighJump Software in 2009, he was the vice president of Network Operations Center for Wireless Ronin Technologies where he managed Wireless Ronin’s 24x7 support group and data center. Mr. Radunz holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business with an area of emphasis in management of information systems and a minor in computer science from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management.
Amy Stelling, Vice President and General Manager, DSD Solutions Group
As Vice President and General Manager of the HighJump DSD Solutions Group, Ms. Stelling oversees the customer account management and technical support components of HighJump’s DSD business. Since joining the company in 2002, Ms. Stelling has held multiple technology leadership roles. Most recently, as Vice President of Worldwide Support, Ms. Stelling was responsible for the HighJump Software Worldwide Support team across all products and locations. Previously, Ms. Stelling was Director of Pre-Sales for HighJump Software, where she aligned prospective customers’ business requirements with HighJump’s suite of solutions. Ms. Stelling also led HighJump’s customer support efforts as Director of Worldwide Support. She began at HighJump as a member of HighJump’s professional services group, where she implemented HighJump solutions across multiple industries on a global basis. Prior to HighJump Software, Ms. Stelling implemented customer relationship management (CRM) systems as a consultant with a CRM consulting practice. Ms. Stelling holds a B.B.A. with majors in Management Information Systems (MIS) and Accountancy from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
